The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: 1) IR-704-RN Blackbody Target System This requirement is sole sourced to Infrared Systems Development Corp, 7319 Sandscove Court Suite 4, Winter Park, Florida 32792 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement due to this being a direct replacement part used in existing system.
