Full Description

INFRASTRUCTURE DEMOLITION The work includes demolition of facilities at several sites on the San Bernardino National Forest. These sites include the former Sloan Property, Tripp Flats Fire Station, Vista Grande Fire Station, and Lytle Creek Ranger Station. Work includes demolition of designated building structures (with concrete foundations, slabs, etc.), other concrete structures, disconnecting and removal of identified utilities, and removal of all miscellaneous items. The work may include the removal and disposal of lead paint and/or asbestos. This will be a cascading set-aside with preference to HUB Zone and Veteran-Owned Serivice-disabled Businesses, providing them with a 10% advantage over Small Businesses, for the price evaluation. The technical evaluation is separate from the price evaluation preference. This solicitaion will be available on FEDBIZOPPS ONLY on or about June 21, 2010.
