INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT PLAN, LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS AND DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE STUDY

The purpose of this contract is to ensure that the IIP and DIF structures accurately represent the costs of growth-related infrastructure and services, comply with applicable state laws, and align with the Town’s broader planning documents, including the General Plan and Capital Improvement Program. The consultant will be responsible for managing the entire project, including the development and planning phases of the IIP, LUA, and DIF, facilitating stakeholder and staff meetings, and presenting findings and recommendations to the Town Council.
