The intent of this Bid call is to solicit and receive formal offers to perform the following Services: Provide electrical maintenance, repair, electrical installation services, data cabling and testing services, generator testing and repair, infrared scanning, fire alarm repair and maintenance and CAN/ULC-S536-19 certified inspection services on an as-required basis. The Contractor’s personnel shall provide the Province with proof that they hold a valid Alberta or Inter-Provincial Journeyman Certificate of Proficiency upon request. The Contractor’s personnel shall have three years of Electrical experience while being a holder of a Journeyman Certificate. The Contractor shall provide a minimum of one designated qualified personnel and one back up qualified personnel, all of whom must have a criminal records check prior to the start of the contract. All work must be supervised and completed under the direction of a Certified Journeyman hired by the contractor. The Journeyman is required to perform major portions of the work.
