Infrastructure - Invitation to Bid - WETASKIWIN COURTROOM - Video Conference Expansion

The project involves expanding video conferencing capabilities in the Wetaskiwin courtroom by installing new power circuits and dedicated pathways for low voltage cabling provided by the province, ensuring no disruption to existing cabling systems. The electrical contractor is responsible for supplying and installing these new pathways and power circuits, as well as labeling all low voltage cables according to provincial specifications. Following the installation of the cabling infrastructure, the province's AV contractor will proceed with the installation of the new video conferencing expansion. Upon completion of the new system, the electrical contractor will remove and decommission the old AV cabling systems to ensure a clean, up-to-date infrastructure. This work is governed under solicitation number AB-2026-03552 issued by the Government of Canada through Infrastructure, with a response deadline of May 21, 2026, and inquiries should be directed to Sarah Hockley, the Contracting Authority.
