Infrastructure - Request for Proposal - CALGARY - FOUNDATIONS FOR THE FUTURE CHARTER ACADEMY (FFCA) - Quarry Park Modernization & Gym Addition

Work of this Contract Comprises the following: .1 Modernization of the existing three-storey Quarry Park Professional Centre. .2 Construction of an addition adjacent to the existing building .3 All other associated sitework as per the contract documents.
As a Condition Precedent to commencing the Work, the Contractor must provide a valid standard Certificate of Recognition (COR), or a valid Temporary Letter of Certification (TLC) for a standard COR, or a COR Equivalency Letter (COREL) for out of province Bidders, as issued by Alberta Construction Safety Association (ACSA) or another certifying partner authorized by the Alberta Ministry of Jobs, Economy and Trade to issue CORs, TLCs or CORELs. Possession of a Certificate of Recognition other than a standard COR, TCL or COREL, such as a Small Employer Certificate of Recognition (SECOR) is not an acceptable substitute. By submitting a Proposal, the Proponent is deemed to understand and acknowledge that the Preferred Proponent shall, at its own costs and expense, satisfy the following conditions precedent to Agreement award specified in section 2.1 (Conditions Precedent) of the Agreement, after Agreement award and prior to commencement of the Work.
