Infrastructure - Request for Proposal - ST. PAUL - Provincial Building - Replace BMCS and Variable Air Volume Terminal Units

This contract involves the comprehensive upgrade and modernization of the existing Building Management Controls System (BMCS) at the Provincial Building in Alberta. The project entails converting the current hybrid-pneumatic EMCS to a fully digital system integrated into a unified Environmental Management and Control System (EMCS) that supports centralized, streamlined building operations and remote web browser access. Key components include the replacement of all existing control panels, sub-net controllers, and mechanical equipment such as valves, actuators, sensors, thermostats, and dampers. The installation of new software, graphics, and Central Control Stations, as well as the deployment of modern BACnet protocol controllers and I/O expansion modules, are also core elements of this contract. The scope of work requires the controls contractor to deliver a new centralized control station located according to facility group requirements and ensure the infrastructure aligns with modern digital standards.
