This is not a solicitation; this is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a single source procurement action as follows:


The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at the U.S. Embassy in Bogotá-Colombia will award a fix firm price for: CRIMINAL DNA LAW SUPPORT.


This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citation, FAR Part 6.302-1 – Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. For this requirement, GTH DNA is considered the only responsible source, and no other supplies or services will accomplish Embassy Bogota requirements.


The International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office (INL) in Bogota has a requirement for the CRIMINAL DNA LAW SUPPORT JOFOC for Colombia.   All interested sellers should submit the quotations according to the attached INL_RFQ-PR15697998 no later than July 7, 2026 at 4:00 pm via e-mail to AlejoA@state.gov and BogotaINLSolicitation@state.gov.


No quotations will be accepted after this time.  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
