This requirement is for Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC).Objective:Service Canada (Atlantic region) requires Insights Discovery virtual workshops and Insights Discovery Virtual Material Packages for one year and two option years.Service Canada – Atlantic Region wants to obtain the services of a Contractor for the delivery of Insights Discovery workshops along with the necessary material (virtual kits) required for participants.The primary objective of the project is to help employees build greater understanding of themselves and their colleagues so that they can have more respectful, productive and positive relationships, even across virtual boundaries. It creates a common language that makes it easier to identify strengths and address weaknesses, so that individuals and teams can perform at their highest level.Participants can improve their communications and interactions with others, areas of strength, possible blind spots, and suggestions for development. By understanding their own and others’ preferences better, individuals can take simple, practical actions that improve their everyday relationships. The focus is on strengths – strengths used easily, and strengths in development.This aligns and supports with our departmental mandate, objective, and priorities of supporting Canadians in helping them live productive and rewarding lives and improving their quality of life by ensuring our employees have the necessary skills to communicate effectively.Proposed period of contract:The initial period of the contract is from date of contract award to March 31, 2024 and up to two additional one year option periods.
