Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Inspection, Testing and Minor Repair (ITM) Services of Fire Detection and Suppression Systems:Project No QURG2102, Various Locations, QuébecIn accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from firms to establish a Service Contract to provide “as and when required” inspection, testing and minor repair services for fire detection and suppression systems, specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements in Québec, Canada.Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select the proponent with the highest total score.The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.The ITM service contract will be for a period ending March 31, 2026. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the contract may be extended for up to two (2) additional two (2) year periods beyond the initial period. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information.Site visits have been arranged for the following dates, times and locations.
