This solicitation is to establish a contract for services to provide inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair services to include all phases of radio communication tower erection and removal, and installation of antennas, transmission lines, electrical, tower lighting systems, tower and transmission line grounding systems, lightning prevention systems including associated hardware, and painting of existing TxDOT owned radio communication towers located within the state of Texas.
