Bid #DEPT HERE-0313: The project involves the installation of a concrete pad and utilities for a metal storage building at Fire Station #3. The concrete pad must be engineered to support fire apparatus weighing approximately 55,000 lbs. The scope of work includes demolition (saw cutting and removal of existing AC material), utility installation (trenching for electrical and fire sprinklers, and electrical pipe installation), and comprehensive concrete pad installation, which covers subgrade preparation, formwork, rebar, concrete pour, finishing, and building anchorage installation. Additionally, the project requires the removal of an existing storm drain inlet and the installation and connection of a new Bio-Retention Area.
