The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, has a requirement for installation of a Government furnished pre-fab metal facility at the Wooster, OH location. The work includes, but is not limited to, these principal features of work: The pre-fab metal facility will require installation of the foundation per DuroBeam Steel Building drawings. Install Government Furnished Steel Building per DuroBeam drawings. Grade site per approved site plan. Seed and water. Conduct geotechnical investigation to affirm the minimum bearing capacity is 1500 psf. Survey existing site contours. Contractor shall submit a site plan identifying new contours to facilitate site drainage away from the foundation. Performance Period: The Contractor shall complete all work within 90 consecutive calendar days after issue of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The type of solicitation will be Best Value, Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) with no trade-offs. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238110, Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors. Small Business Size Standard is $15 million. It is anticipated that award will result in a single award, firm fixed-price contract. The project magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
