The fence shall comply with the specifications detailed in this performance work statement and should be able to withstand winds of 40-60 mph. This project will protect forest resources and habitat for species listed under the Endangered Species Act from browsing, rooting and trampling by non-native ungulates. The project scope shall include all the necessary labor, materials, and equipment associated with meeting the objectives.
