The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) has a requirement for installation and support of audio and video at Canadian Chanceries. The Contractor will provide installation, configuration, and commissioning services for audio/video systems at designated locations as specified in the Task Authorizations (TAs). The work must be performed by contractors holding valid security clearances. The objective is to fully commission the audio/video systems outlined in the provided design(s), ensuring all components are installed, configured, and functional in accordance with the design. In addition, users at site should be provided with coaching or training to operate the various installations.
