Canada Border Services has a requirement for installation and configuration of a fully functional Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system at the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) St Armand, located at 10, route 133, St-Armand, Québec J0J 1T0. Trade agreements: This requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and all international free trade agreements including the World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA). Solicitation documents: The Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be posted and available on CanadaBuys. Site Visit: It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at at 10 Route 133, St-Armand, Québec J0J 1T0 on May 13, 2024. The site visit will begin at 13:00 EST, in the public parking lot north of the public washrooms. Bidders must confirm their attendance to the Contracting Authority before May 9, 2024 1:00pm EST. Debriefings: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. Security Requirements: There are no security requirements applicable to this requirement.
