His Majesty the King in right of Canada, represented by the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD), is initiating a process to prequalify contractors for the installation of a temporary security fence at the Embassy of Canada to Haiti in Port-au-Prince. Interested suppliers are required to respond to this Request for Qualification. Only those respondents considered by DFATD to meet the prequalification requirements as defined in this document will be invited to submit competitive bids for this work during the Request for Proposal phase of the solicitation.
