Installation of SIPR/NIPR Hardware

The Maryland Air National Guard, under the Department of Defense, is soliciting proposals for the installation of SIPRNET and NIPRNET hardware at Martin State Airport in Middle River, Maryland. This total small business set-aside project, identified by solicitation number W912K6-14-T-2065, requires the procurement and installation of plenum-rated multimode OM3 2-strand fiber for approximately 48 SIPRNET and 48 NIPRNET drops. The scope of work includes the installation of AVAYA Ethernet Routing Switch 5632FD units and both 1000BASE-SX and 1000BASE-LX Small Form Factor Pluggable Gigabit Ethernet Transceivers. The selected vendor will be responsible for all associated labor, materials, and supervision, which may include masonry, paint, and drywall work to complete the installation. All work must be performed in accordance with DoD and Air Force guidance, including labeling, testing, and certification of the fiber optic cabling. The desired completion date for all installation activities is November 30, 2014. Interested vendors were required to submit wing access forms for site visits and preproposal meetings held at the Warfield Air National Guard Base.
