The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island is seeking industry feedback on draft Requests for Proposals for the Sixth Generation (GEN VI) Human Resource Solutions multiple-award IDIQ contract suites. This procurement is divided into two primary components: Personnel Lifecycle Support (PLS) and Recruiting Management Administrative Support (RMAS). The PLS suite has a total estimated cumulative ceiling value of approximately 6.09 billion dollars, while the RMAS suite is estimated at approximately 1.52 billion dollars. Both contracts are structured as 10-year IDIQs, consisting of a five-year base period and a five-year option period.
