THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY (as described in FAR 5.2), this is not a solicitation. Solicitation is not available at this time. Requests for solicitations will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government. USAID's Bureau for Africa has a requirement for a Contractor to recruit, hire and maintain a contracted technical, professional, operational, and administrative support staff that will supply services to AFR to support USAID/W and USAID Missions overseas to accomplish Bureau priorities as expressed in the Regional Cooperation Development Strategy (RCDS). The NAICS code for this solicitation will be 541611 and the Government anticipates awarding a single contract for services. The Government anticipates posting the solicitation/Request for Proposal to FedBizOpps on or about March 30, 2015.
