This contract action stood up an intake process in the Health Care Quality Information Systems (HCQIS) ServiceNow (SNOW) that can be used by internal and external stakeholders to address COVID-19 related issues and inquiries to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The intake process will include the below capabilities: Route issues/inquiries to appropriate CMS or CMS contractor triage teams, A system of record to capture categories of questions to make routing to triage groups more efficient, Provide a start to end process to resolve issues/questions, provide reporting capabilities, and provide interactive dashboards. This contract action was executed under the HHS Class J&A for COVID-19 response. See attached.
