Bond RequirementsIf the bid submission exceeds $500k, all awarded contractors/vendors will be required to submit a digital Labour and Material Bonds and Performance Bonds using Form 31 (Labour and Material Bond) and Form 32 (Performance Bond) include HST. TDSB will only accept digital bonds. Please send digital bonds to the attention of the Contract Specialist.The Contractor shall start the project as soon as possible when the contract is awarded. The successful Contractor shall submit a project schedule to the Board immediately upon award of the Contract. This project shall be substantially completed by: March 26, 2027 Hours of Work: Non-destructive work can be performed during regular hours. Any work affecting school operation shall be carried out after hours or on the weekend in accordance with the city by-law.New: At the sole discretion of the Purchasing Department, the Contract Specialist after closing may send an e mail to the unofficial low bidder (s) requesting a complete price breakdown of your Base Bid Price. You must provide this breakdown within 5 business days. Failure to submit may deem your bid non compliant.Insurance - Installation Floater If Applicable It will be the responsibility of the contractor to provide sufficient coverage to include supplies, equipment etc. for the project.
