This is a Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP).
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) (the "Client") for Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) under the TSPS Supply Arrangement method of supply. NRCan has identified a need for Senior Business Consultants consisting of resources at the senior level on an “as and when requested” basis through the issuance of Task Authorizations.
Only two (2) Senior Business Consultants will be evaluated as part of this bid solicitation. Additional resource(s), if required, will only be assessed after contract award once specific tasks are requested of the Contractor. After contract award, the Task Authorization process will be in accordance with Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses, the Article titled “Task Authorization”. When a Task Authorization Form (TA Form) is issued, the Contractor will be requested to propose a resource to satisfy the specific requirement based on the requirement details described in the TA Form. The proposed resource will then be assessed against the criteria identified in Appendix 1 to Annex A, Resource Assessment Criteria.
It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for a total period of one (1) year, plus three (3) irrevocable option periods allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
