The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, MD, intends to negotiate a task order under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00421-14-G-0003 with Ultra Electronics Flightline Systems Inc., 7625 Omnitech, PL, Victor NY 14564-9795, on a sole source basis for the integration of digital telemetry and cyber protection into the P-8A sonobuoy receiver. The procurement will also include analysis of digital telemetry and cyber protection architecture, as well as data formats for the AN/SSQ-125, AN/SSQ-101 (cyber protection only), AN/SSQ-62, AN/SSQ-53, and AN/SSQ-36 (series) sonobuoys.
