While working with stakeholders to ensure the product’s success through review of risks, mitigation strategies and security requirements, the contractor will apply a best practice approach to business analysis, software development, creating and testing application wireframes and prototypes, secure data collection from multiple sources, data storage, analytics, web-based application design, and project management. This requirement will focus primarily on further automating the existing supply chain processes, to modernize government capability in the following functional areas:Order, and Inventory managementDelivery management, and Track & traceUser managementData Extract, Transform and Load (ETL)ReportingWhile in development, the Contractor will be responsible for development, integration, release management, (including bug fixes and defects), and training to further develop the Intelligent Supply Chain (ISC) product. Finally, he contractor will be responsible for the transition of all these functions to the HC and PHAC organizations upon request so it may be maintained in-house.
