SOLICITATION NUMBER: 10963541 SUBJECT: Network Video Rec. W/8TB HDD & DVD-R Pelco-DSSRV2-080DV-D LOCATION: Utah Army National Guard, Draper, Utah RESPONSE DUE DATE: 14 February, 2017 CONTRACTING POC: D. Ray Workman-Email: contact@example.gov This is a Notice of Intent to make a Sole Source award under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement to: Utah Yamas Controls to provide parts and installation for the 640th Regiment (RTI) at Camp Williams Utah and the updated equipment is needed to meet certification for accreditation for their SCIF. The DVR is required to keep surveillance around the SCIF to detect intrusions. The NAICS code for this is 443142. Yamas installed all the other security equipment and is familiar with the security system as it is now configured. It is essential that Yamas perform this install in order to integrate the DVR into the rest of security system without issues. Please see the attached J&A that accompanies this notice. This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit and negotiate with one source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Companies having the ability to provide this tool should notify Ray Workman in writing via e-mail at contact@example.gov by 2:00 P.M. MST on February 14, 2017. All responses from qualified sources will be fully considered and responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No extensions will be granted.
