Contracting Office Address Air Force Air Force Installation Contracting Agency (AFICA) 773/ESS on behalf of the Air Force Medical Service (AFMS) 1940 Allbrook Drive, Building 1, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433-7401 Description Air Force Installation Contracting Agency (AFICA) 773/ESS on behalf of the Air Force Medical Service (AFMS), intends to establish a sole source IDIQ for maintenance and repair of Next-Generation Portable Therapeutic Liquid Oxygen (NPTLOX) system. The effort will include maintenance and repair to the NPTLOX system that must be accomplished by the OEM This acquisition is sole source to Essex Industries, Inc. (CAGE: 19062). Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), as supplemented by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for competitive proposals and a request for proposal will not be posted to FBO. All interested sources must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide timely and effective services within fifteen (15) days of this publication. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
