The Bureau of Reclamation, Acquisition Operations Group, Denver, Colorado, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with New West Technologies for the following: - 2 EA -BMX2000 Bio Photonic Marking System: POW'R-Ject photonic marking kit used for fish tagging; - 3 EA - BMX2000 Bio Photonic Marking Formulations; - 1 EA -BMX2000 Injector Cleaning Fluid; - These products must be compatible with each other; The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Responsible sources may submit technical capability statement along with business profile to Contract Specialist, Mai Dailey at mdailey@usbr.gov by 11:00 AM MT, March 21, 2016, which shall be considered by the Agency. Any information received will be treated as market research information for future of same or similar requirements. The Contracting Office reserves the right to pursue the sole source negotiation or complete the requirement based on information received.
