This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO FAR 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued [RFO12.202(b)(1)]

The Utah Air National Guard (UTANG) intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with AAR Manufacturing Inc. for a mobile refrigeration unit ISU-96RC. FSS operates an ESPEK field kitchen for austere food preparation but lacks any organic cold-storage capability.
