The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit in Gallup, New Mexico, intends to negotiate three sole-source Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with Sysco USAI, Inc., Labatt Food Service LLC, and AMG Company Inc. for delivery of food products subsistence (fresh fruit, dairy, meats, etc) and nonfood subsistence (cleaning supplies, paper goods inclusive of trays, cutlery, etc) for Dietary Services The anticipated period of performance is a base period from the date of award with two 12-month option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 445298-All Other Specialty Food Retailers with a small business size standard of $10.0 million. No further awards will be made unless the needs for Gallup Service Unit changes. Any other vendors who believe they are capable of providing the delivery of food subsistence and non-food subsistence are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists and catalogs to Gallup Indian Medical Center. Responses to this notice shall be received no later 10:00 am MDT on May 17, 2023. In the event additional services are required, capable vendors may be contacted. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
