Intent to Sole Source - Decision Making Workshop

The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to McChrystal Group. The main salient characteristic for this requirement: the Contractor must provide training on how to implement decision making. Additionally, this training must be of equal or better quality in comparison to other think tank organizations, the Contractor must have prior experience providing Team of Teams training, and it must be accomplished in two day via face-to-face decision making training. The 4 FW leadership would like to introduce this decision making workshop to the leadership at SJAFB to develop a path forward. This purchase order to McChrystal Group will consist of a two-day decision making workshop at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base consisting of exploring and discussing the fundamentals of empowered execution and develop an understanding of when to utilize it to make a positive impact, engaging in an activity to develop a plan for the delegation of decision-making rights down and into your teams, and learning and practicing techniques through a concise evaluation model to assign the right task to the right person to achieve an optimal outcome Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The closing date for this synopsis is 28 May 2018 at 12:00 P.M EST.
