Naval Medical Center San Diego anticipates making a sole source award under statutory authority 15 U.S.C. 657f: DePuy Synthes Sales Inc 325 Paramount Drive Raynham, MA 02767-5199 The objective of this sole source award is to procure supplies for cervical disc fusion items, that fit the patients anatomical needs per physician's recommendation before and during the surgery. The following are the minimum requirements of the government: 1. The items must have: a. Meet California Compliance. b. Have a modular bilateral distraction device with locking caps c. Implant must have two cobalt chromium alloy and polyethene build with plasma-sprayed titanium. d. Must be PEEK carbon fiber reinforced implant. e. Implantation devices must be implanted using KEEL technology for fixation and placement. The NAICS code for this requirement is 339113.
