The 148th Mission Support Contracting (MSC) Office, intends to issue a sole source contract utilizing FAR part 12.201-1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures to TronAir for two (2) each CPT Digital Flowmeter Upgrade for the F16 Portable Cabin Pressure Tester, P/N 15-7609-6000-FJ. The Vendor has an approved Memorandum for all USAF F16 Maintenance Units signed by the AFLCMC Systems Engineering Lead, Mr. Michael J. Vashro, dated 30 June 2025.


The initial period of performance for this requirement is estimated to be a No Later Delivery 16 weeks after date of award.


This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quote. All information received by requested date with sufficient technical documentation to meet the requirement will be considered by the 148th MSC. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of 148 MSC.
