The 52d Contracting Squadron, located at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, is issuing this notice to inform industry contractors of the Government's intent to execute a sole-source award under RFO 12.102(a), Acquisition Of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.


The proposed contract action is anticipated to be a sole-source acquisition to Smartnet Inc. Smartnet holds proprietary rights to the configuration data of the software and integration of the Spangdahlem Air Base Fitness Center access system.


This notice of intent is neither a formal solicitation nor a request for competitive quotes. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only.
