The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby give notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Allegiance, Inc. 10235 South Jordan Gateway, South Jordan, UT 84095, as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-(b), soliciting from a single source.
