Transition from MSCT 4.x to MSCT 5.0 right to use license Part # RS-TRNS-0001 (Qty 1 ea) 3. 24x7 phone and email support for MSCT display 5.0 10-49 licenses (per license) Part # 0503014 (Qty 10 ea) 4. 24x7 phone and email support for MSCT right to use license or MSCT failover software configuration. Part # 05030011 (Qty 1 ea) 5. 8-hours on-site support (CONUS only - travel and per diem extra) Part # 0601005 (Qty 8 ea) 6. Travel Cost Part # N/A (Qty 1 ea) This requirement is conducted under FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm's ability to provide an equivalent supply as described above. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered.
