This Is a Notice of Intent to Award A Sole Source Contract And Is Not a Request For Competitive Quotes. This non-competitive award is implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b), as it has been deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement. The Government intends to award a sole source contract to L3 Harris Technologies Inc. for Remote Keyboard Display Units. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received by the date specified herein will be considered by the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and may submit a quote and/or capability statement by 11:00 AM CST, 19 Sep 2023. Capability statements and quotes shall be sent via email to contact@example.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
