This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Real-Timed Innovations, Incorporated CAGE: 03FH8 of 232 E. Java Dr., Sunnyvale, CA, 94089-1318. The requirement is for the purchase of software license renewals, as well as, new software licenses of the Real-Time Innovation (RTI) Connect DDS Professional. Architects and developers choose Connect DDS Professional to build open and scalable IIoT systems. Its data-centric connectivity framework distributes and manages real-time data, allowing application and devices to work together as one, integrated system. Its decentralized architecture and peer-to-peer communication enables high-reliability and a real-time Quality of Service (QoS) while eliminating single points of failures. A rich set of tools simplifies development and eases integration from design to deployment. The Government intends to negotiation solely with Real-Time Innovation, Incorporated under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Only Capable Source. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 511210 and the business size standard is 41.5 (millions of dollars). Please be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirements may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
