Intent to Sole Source Spectrum Guard Pro Warrenty

Marine Forces Reserve is seeking warranty and maintenance services for five Government-owned Spectrum Guard Pro portable RF detection and monitoring systems under a sole-source contract opportunity with solicitation number M67861-26-Q-0020. The requirement is for a Firm Fixed Price contract with a base period of one year beginning June 19, 2026, and four one-year option periods extending through June 18, 2031, for a total potential value of $84,500. The contract calls for comprehensive warranty support covering all hardware and software components, including continuous software and firmware maintenance such as bug fixes, security patches, minor updates, and major version upgrades as they become commercially available. Technical support must be provided Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, excluding Federal holidays, via a dedicated phone line and unclassified email address. A monthly warranty and maintenance report must be submitted by the fifth business day of each month detailing help desk activity, RMA statuses with turnaround times, and software patch summaries, with strictAcceptable Quality Levels requiring 100% compliance with SLA response times for initial support, 98% resolution of hardware and software issues within designated timeframes, and no more than one reporting error per quarter. All repairs and component replacements will be handled by the contractor at their facility located at 13615 Dulles Technology Drive, Suite 100, Herndon, VA 20171, with the contractor responsible for all shipping, freight, and insurance costs both to and from the Government site. Prior to shipment, the Government will sanitize all classified or sensitive mission data from components. Performance will be monitored through a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan using 100% inspection of all deliverables, periodic inspections by the Contracting Officer’s Representative, and detailed review of monthly reports.
