Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 4th Contracting Squadron at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a non-competitive firm fixed priced purchase order to Thomas Electronics, Inc. The requirement is for Cathode Ray Tubes that adhere to the existing F3I parent assembly constraints. The specified part is identified as Part Number 08M352P43. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this acquisition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and RFO Part 12.102(a).

The original equipment manufacturer, Thomas Electronics, retains full intellectual property (IP) rights for the design and manufacturing of Part Number 08M352P43.
