INVITATION FOR BID KCDA BID# 26-053 INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGY Due October 1, 2026 on or before 2:00 p.m., PDT King County Directors' Association (KCDA) is a purchasing cooperative owned by the school districts of Washington State and is located in Kent, Washington. KCDA’s membership is made up of, but not restricted to, public school districts, private schools, municipalities, political subdivisions, and other public agencies primarily located in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, and Montana. Representing over 1 million students and over 5,000 ship to locations, KCDA purchases approximately $190 million worth of products, equipment and services on behalf of the membership. The KCDA Purchasing Cooperative (hereinafter “KCDA”) requests bids from manufacturers and/or dealers who can offer turnkey solutions for interactive technology systems to its member agencies. Total estimated value of this contract is approximately $5,000,000 to $6,000,000 annually. All bids must be submitted electronically through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com. You must be registered to respond. Mailed, faxed, or emailed bids will not be accepted. Responses must be submitted by the date and time shown above or they will not be accepted nor considered.
