Delivery is required FOB origin within 130 days of contract award, with a mandatory ship date of December 5, 2026, and the units must be delivered to the designated receiving warehouse in Tracy, California. The quantity is fixed with zero variance allowed, and inspection and acceptance occur at the destination. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-129 for marking and labeling, and if non-hazardous, must meet commercial packaging standards while still adhering to all higher-priority DLA requirements. Hazardous materials must be packaged per TQ requirement IP025. Palletization must follow DLA’s RP001 guidelines, and unit of issue is each (EA). Sampling for quality verification must conform to MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1, with zero non-conformances required unless otherwise stated in the contract. Critical, major, and minor attributes are assigned verification levels VII, IV, and II or AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0 respectively; unspecified attributes default to major. The manufacturer may choose attribute or variable inspection under MIL-STD-1916 unless constrained by contract directives. The NSN and purchase request number are clearly identified, and the unit price is $5.00 per unit for a total contract value of $25.00. Transportation and freight instructions reference DLA procedural notes C19 and C20, and all documentation must align with the DLA’s authorized unit of issue standards. Point of contact for the contract is Mykhara Robinson of the Department of Defense, and the solicitation was issued on July 19, 2026, with responses due by July 27, 2026.
