Mfr: ION Corporation Justification for Sole Source: ION Corporation is currently the only manufacturer known to maintain an existing ITA design that meets the requirements of the government. The use of this design allows for ION to maintain a reserve of ITAs near a final state of manufacture thus eliminating the long lead time and significant cost of creating an ITA design from scratch. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is 4 weeks ARO or earlier. The following have been added by full text: PROVISION 252.209-7999 REPRESENTATION BY CORPORATIONS REGARDING AN UNPAID DELINQUENT TAX LIABILITY OR A FELONY CONVICTION UNDER ANY FEDERAL LAW (JAN 2012) (a) In accordance with sections 8124 and 8125 of Division A of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2012, (Pub.
