CONTAINING MERCURY SHALL BE SHOCK PROOF AND CONTAIN
A SECOND BOUNDARY OF CONTAINMENT OF THE MERCURY OR
MERCURY COMPOUND. (IAW NAVSEA 5100-003D).
If this order is for purposes of DLA stock or stock replenishment, only new, unused, non-refurbished material will be accepted for this requirement. Additionally, the material must have a warranty through the OEM (as listed on the NSN and/or in the product information of the solicitation) to include any repair, replacement, or related warranty services they provide.
