This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97, effective 24 Jan 2018, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Public Notice 20180514 effective 20 Apr 2018, and Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFFARS) Circular 2017-1003 Effective 03 Oct 2017. Offerors are responsible for monitoring Federal Business Opportunities (FBO.gov) for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to this solicitation. The 501st Combat Support Wing (CSW) Regional Contracting Office (RCO) intends to issue multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) from this solicitation. The associated North American Industrial Classification System code is 238320 and this acquisition is unrestricted. A BPA is not a binding contract, it is an agreement. As an agreement, prices must be set prior to any orders being placed in the agreement. A BPA is a charge account type instrument which will permit selected activities to place orders directly with your firm or representative, using our established price list. Offerors are asked price all services their company can provide. Providing prices for portions of the price list (Attachment 5) is acceptable. Each agreement will establish a procedure for the fulfillment of our anticipated repetitive requirements from the US Government. Additionally, since it is an agreement and NOT a contract, either party may choose to terminate the agreement provided a 30-day notification is given. Please see Attachments 1 and 2, BPA Terms and Conditions and Provisions and Clauses, respectively for the specifics of this requirement. The offeror shall fill out Attachment 4 to provide the most accurate vendor information. Any resultant BPAs will represent the best value to the US Government, will be a pre-priced, decentralized instrument to be used by our customers at RAF Alconbury, RAF Molesworth, RAF Croughton, RAF Fairford, RAF Welford, RAF Menwith Hill and facilities in Blenhiem Crescent to order interior renovation services listed in Attachment 3, Statement of Work; and will not exceed 5 years in duration. Offerors may price all or a number of items within the price list. Not pricing all items will NOT remove your offer from contention. Return all applicable documents to TSgt Michael H. Reyes at michael.reyes.9@us.af.mil, TSgt Enrique T. Gonzalez at enrique.gonzalez@us.af.mil and the 501 CSW/RCO Org Box at 501csw.rco@us.af.mil, no later than 22 June 2018 at 1500 British Summer Time (BST). Indicate any and all items by providing prices from the list your company can supply, do not add any items to the list (Attachment 5). For any questions or concerns please contact TSgt Enrique T. Gonzalez at +44 1480843128 enrique.gonzalez@us.af.mil or TSgt Michael Reyes at +44 1480843122 or michael.reyes.9@us.af.mil and the 501 CSW/RCO Org Box at 501csw.rco@us.af.mil.
