Interlining Fusing

INFORMATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is CT2085-12 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58. The North American Industry Classification System code is 313310 (Finished broadwoven fabrics, finished in finishing mills). This requirement is restricted to 100% set-aside small business. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a 3-year, firm-fixed-price, requirements contract for the following commercial item(s): A complete description of the items is in Section B Supplies ro Services and Prices/Costs. The estimated quantity for the line item is also shown in Section B. Product: Commercial items, interlining fusing for use in the manufacture of Army Combat Uniforms. Note: A military specification applies to this requirement MIL-C-44296 dated September 6, 1990. PRODUCT MUST BE DOMESTIC ONLY, MANUFACTURED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
