The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) is seeking to issue a contract for development of online surveys for the purposes of behavioral and biological surveillance of sexually transmitted and blood borne infections among key populations (Stream 2: Business consulting) under the Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply to perform development of online surveys for the purposes of behavioral and biological surveillance of sexually transmitted and blood borne infections among key populations. The work to be performed is detailed under Annex “A” Statement of Work. It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract, each for one (1) years plus five (5) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract
