Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The requirement is for the delivery of internet services to support various programs of the Public Affairs Office of the U.S. Mission in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo. The mission requires an estimated bandwith of approximately six (6) KBPS and the contractor may use the existing equipment to distribute the internet in seven (7) different sites located in the city of Kinshasa. The Anticipated peformance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the U.S. Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
