The Department of Defense, through the W6DP Cpe Isw Aberdeen office, is seeking sources for internet services to be provided at 5000 Bradford Drive, Suite 150, Huntsville, Alabama. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, hardware, and software to ensure connectivity, specifically delivering a sub-net of sixteen unique internet routable static IP addresses with a minimum connection speed of 2 Gbps. The contract includes a total period of performance of five years, consisting of one base year starting January 10, 2027, and four subsequent option years. Key performance requirements include a service response time within four hours of initial contact for any loss or degradation of service, with full restoration required within 24 hours to avoid pro-rata credit adjustments. All provided products must be Trade Agreements Act compliant. The contractor must provide the Technical Representative with at least 72 hours of notice prior to delivery, and final acceptance is contingent upon the removal of all installation debris from the site.
