This requirement is being handled as a sole source justification for a modification to an existing Federal Supply Schedule order, awarding a Labor Hour/Time and Material contract to Security Hunter, Inc. The contractor was selected due to their specialized knowledge of the current systems, as they already provide corrective and preventive maintenance for the affected physical security infrastructure.
